Partner Meeting 2026 - Call for Proposals : Video Documentary

We are looking for a team or an agency to provide journalistic and audiovisual coverage of our partner conference. The focus is on producing around 10 social media videos and a highlights video (3–5 mins). The clips should provide insights into the international peace work carried out by our partner organisations attending the event.

The tasks include:

• content preparation, conducting interviews with international participants on site, and
• the production of high-quality video material with subtitles.

The service provider must have demonstrable experience in storytelling and video production, as well as knowledge of peace work and the Civil Peace Service.

Application documents, including a portfolio and financial proposal, are required for the documentation and promotion of long-term collaborations and must be submitted by 15 July 2026.

Background
Around 120 people from Europe, Asia and Africa will take part in the partner meeting. The conference will take place from 31 August to 4 September 2026 near Berlin. Further information on the Civil Peace Service with KURVE Wustrow.
