Over six sessions, we’ll look at how these dynamics show up in our own attitudes, daily conversations, and the policies of our organizations. Through reflection, dialogue, and concrete actions, we’ll work to counter harm and create more inclusive spaces. The focus is on learning, not comfort—identifying biases, microaggressions, and barriers, and implementing inclusive policies and responsible leadership to move toward a fairer society. The goal isn’t to blame individuals, but to raise awareness, build resilience, and offer practical steps for lasting change.InhalteSession 1 - Identifying internal biases and terminology, with emphasis on power and rank.Session 2 - Deeper work on internal biases and how they manifest on a daily basis.Session 3 - Addressing the guilt and shame that hinders progress on dismantling internalised beliefs.Session 4 - Understanding Active Solidarity and how to be an ally.Session 5 - Tools and processes to dismantle organisational inequality.Session 6 - Open space for case studies.
