Ziele
Participants are able

  • to increase awareness and understanding of how race-related beliefs, practices, and systems shape power, access, and belonging within individuals, daily interactions, and organizational policies.
  • to build individual-level skills for personal practice and inclusive leadership
  • to foster a culture of reflection, dialogue, and durable change.

This training invites you to understand how race-related beliefs, practices, and systems influence power and access, often in ways that harm people and limit their sense of belonging. Over six sessions, we’ll look at how these dynamics show up in our own attitudes, daily conversations, and the policies of our organizations. Through reflection, dialogue, and concrete actions, we’ll work to counter harm and create more inclusive spaces. The focus is on learning, not comfort—identifying biases, microaggressions, and barriers, and implementing inclusive policies and responsible leadership to move toward a fairer society. The goal isn’t to blame individuals, but to raise awareness, build resilience, and offer practical steps for lasting change.
